Later, when all the stages are completed, the Airlines will apply for a working VISA directly in China.

Usually all Airlines pay for your round trip to Asia and provide accommodation. Some Airlines will also provide per diem payments for food and personal daily needs.

What happens during the initial screening?

1) Company interview: this interview is basically an informal talk in order to asses your pilot background and previous working experience. Sometimes some basic aviation technical questions can also be part of the interview but substantially at this stage the Airline wants to understand “who you are , what you are looking for”.
